I am attorney Kevin T. Tipton, a tried and true West Virginian. Having grown up a coal miner’s son in McDowell County, I know the importance of hard work, dedication and persistence, and I apply these qualities to each and every case I handle.
I attended law school at West Virginia University College of Law, graduating in the top third of my class in 2000. I have been practicing personal injury, family law and criminal defense ever since, serving the needs and interests of clients in all parts of the state — from Welch to Wheeling and all points in between.
Outside of law, I am a family man. I have been happily married for 18 years to my wife, Tara, with whom I share two beautiful children, Karleigh and Jackson.
